Perfect for beginners or those with limited mobility, our Foundation Classes focus on building strength, flexibility, and balance from the ground up. These classes are more mobility-focused, aimed at getting you moving again, rebuilding the foundation of your strength and mobility. 

Level 1 - Foundational Chair Movements

Ready to take your movement to the next level? Our Progression Classes offer a dynamic blend of bodyweight exercises designed to challenge and enhance your strength, balance, coordination, and mobility. As a step up from our Foundation Classes, these classes are slightly more challenging, providing opportunities to further develop your body’s capabilities and help you progress towards your goals with confidence. 

Level 2 - Stable Foundations

Elevate your movement journey with our Advanced Balance Builders class. This dynamic session incorporates light use of equipment, including dumbbells and resistance bands, alongside resistance training, flexibility exercises, and functional movements. Designed to enhance strength, mobility, posture and overall fitness, this class focuses on strength, coordination and balance techniques while challenging your physical capabilities.

Level 3 - Balance Builders

For our most experienced participants, Advanced movement mastery provides a high-energy workout incorporating cardio, strength training, and balance exercises in a circuit format. Each class continues to focus on mobility, range of movement, strength, balance, and coordination, offering the ultimate challenge for those looking to push their limits and achieve peak fitness.
